General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It can be a superficial fungal infection. As a first line management you can apply over the counter available anti fungal-steroid combination like clotrimazole-betamethasone for symptomatic relief.

Generally the symptoms will settle by it self with antifungals. Personal hygiene is also important.
If lesion persists better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
