Suggest Treatment For Itchy And Painful Vagina After Masturbation

After masturbation i began to feel irritation in the vaginal area. the next day i was highly irritated; i was itching sooo bad that it was annoying. its very tender to the touch... i tried vagisil but it burned very bad. i took azo pills and drank water and cranberry juice all day but the irritation became worse. my vaginal has some loose skin hanging out and it also burn when i urinate. do u have any advice on helping me or what i could do
