Suggest Treatment For Itchy And Sore Vagina

I have an exceptionally itch, red sore vagina.All last week I treated it as thrush, with an oral tablet and cream. Whenever I applied the canesten cream my vaginal area went berserk! bad itching and then bleeding. I always had to remove the cream. I am now having daily salt baths and applying sudocrem - which isn't helping, I suspect I have vulvitis - will trimovate help?
