Suggest Treatment For Itchy And Swollen Labia Majora

Hello, for the past like 5 days my Labia Minora has swelled up especially on the left side. it looks irritated, sore and itching at times and alil rough looking. I don't wanna call it bumps cause u cant pop them but it looks like ridget skin. im also discharging white, yellowy alil creamy fluid. Can you please tell me what I am experiencing?
