Suggest Treatment For Itchy And Swollen Vagina After Shaving

Hi, I shaved my private parts a few days ago. I got a slight itch that I scratched through my clothing two days ago. I felt as if their was a hair bump...last night when I showered I noticed a couple of small bumps in the spot & it was irritated. This morning when I showered it was really itchy so I rubbed the area with Dettol Antibacterial Soap.These bumps are on the top of my vagina about 1 inch away from my clitoris in the area where hair grows. Now my right groin is swollen. What should I do?
