General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The itchy bump in labia minor is commonly caused by ingrown hair. I recommend using warm compresses and clean it with hydrogen peroxide. I also suggest using an antibiotic cream to cover it such as Neosporin cream.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
