Suggest Treatment For Itchy Bumps In The Ankles And Foot

Hi. I woke up with a few itchy bumps. Throughout the day, the bumps multiplied and became bigger. Mostly located where clothing is next to skin, but know, I have one on the bottom of my foot and ankles. Doesnt look like heat rash. I have sprayed Benydryl, followed by medicated powder. I m very uncomfortable. Any ideas?

It could be an allergic eruption.

As a first line management, you can take antihistamines like cetirizine for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
