Suggest Treatment For Itchy Bumps On Hands

Just a few days ago a friend of mine noticed a small bumpy patch of skin on her arm and didn t think too much of it. She hugged me and ever since then I ve had the same patches but they itch uncontrollably. In just a few days it had spread almost all over my body specifically around the ankles, inner thigh, lower back, upper vaginal area, stomach, and every now and again under the arm. The patches seem to appear and disappear randomly. My boyfriend shows no symptoms and we share a bed. Will this pass or should I be worried? Is there anything I can do at home to ease the itch or get rid of it completely? I have two jobs that I don t really consider very stressful and no pets. I ve switched body wash products repeatedly throughout my life with no problem at all and this current body wash I ve had for about a month now. My skin is pretty dry and sucks up lotion quickly but I ve been that way for a while. I m sure these aren t bedbugs as I ve had them before and this feels different. The itching is just nonstop and almost unbearable.
