Suggest Treatment For Itchy Bumps On The Toe Of A Baby

Hi my 11 year old daughter had little bumps that aren t visible on the bottom of her toe where the arch is and she says its itching her a lot I think it may be fungus but they don t smell but we are scared its going to get worse because she does play soccer we hope this doesn t effect anything

It could be a fungal infection but red bumps isn't a vivid description for proper diagnosis. But the history suggests it's probably a fungal infection.
It doesn't have to smell.

I'd advise her to avoid unclean used socks while playing soccer.
Also, I recommend you to follow this treatment

Tab. Levocet 10mg twice daily
Topical antifungal cream such as
Ointment Cotrimoxazole twice daily for a period of 2-4weeks.
