Ayurveda Specialist 's  Response
Seems some kind of local allergy - may be due to current season too. Your tests probably do not seem connected with this allergy. If is on one side of body or at random, is also important to relate it with herpes, but these are not blisters either.

Pl wait and watch. May use some local soothing takcum powder or use any prescribed anti allergic medicine to see the response.

Wt. loss is by itself or workout is not clear. If by itself, thyroid problem management may have to be proper. May seek second opinion if you feel doctor is not caring much.

To my own such patients I would recommend to see Ayurveda doctor who may guide to take haridra and manjishtha capsules and Kanchnar guggul which manage thyroid, allergy and blood disorders and are safe, economic and no side effects.

Hope it answers your question.
