Suggest Treatment For Itchy Dandruff, Hair Loss And Hair Thinning

Hi, since last 5 yrs, I ve extremly itchy scalp, acute Hair Loss & Hair thinning. I also have Oily-Dandruff, which comes in nails while itching. This causes severe hair fall. (Approx 300-350 strands a day). Please prescribe some high dose medicines, lotions, shampoos etc whatever is required to cure all this. I m married, no children, housewife.

I really appreciate your concern, it could be due to fungal infection and it may be due to age too if it is the male person having this condition, for the hair fall Minoxidil 5% if this is the male patron baldness then it may not give promising result still can be given try hope this information helps.
