Suggest Treatment For Itchy Dry Spot In Vagina

hi, i am having an itchy sensation on my inner lips of my vagina, i don't know whats going on. its driving me crazy, it doesn't hurt at all., when i itch it for a while, it starts to get irritated..but thats all. it don't burn. and there is no foul smell. also when i pee it doesnt hurt. its like a very dry spot on my vagina that i can't seem to moisturize enough. i havent changes detergent, fabric softeners, or body soaps in so long. so i doubt its an allergetic reaction to any of them. but i just really do not know. all i know is i want it to quit itching, because its annoying and really embarrasing. i cant just itch it in public when it gets itchy. so i dont know what else to do to get rid of it. can you help me figure out what i may be experiencing please?!?
