Suggest Treatment For Itchy Dry Vagina During Sex With Abdominal Pain

hi, i m 15, almost 16 and i have iching, dryness, pain during sex also after and also some abdominal pain.. but i dont believe i have an std... no smell, but i wanted to know if i can use neosporine or something for the small cuts on the opening of the vigina. it hurts them when i urinate and i don t know what to do.. should i eat yogart?? Whats going on!! :(..
