Suggest Treatment For Itchy Eyes And White Spots On Neck

itchy eyes white spots on neck, not raised, flat, various sizes, biggest is probably a centimeter. On one side of neck. Cant see hair follicles though in these very small areas. Eyes are itchy. Have been under high stress, so thinking maybe hives, but also want to make sure its not something more serious.

I really appreciate your concern, could be allergic condition and this is nothing to worry because this could be self limiting condition, you have to wait for some time, if this not come around then it can be tried with "Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg" once in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
