Understanding your concern. As per your query you have itchy painful bumps on the thighs which could be due to clogging of sebaceous glands with dead bacteria and sebum as excessive glands are there. It is due to bacterial infection of thigh area which is leading to folliculitis. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to keep the area clean and maintain proper hygiene and dryness. Wash properly with cold water and apply topical antibacterial cream bacitracin. Take oral antibiotics as well. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription. You can go for peeling as well.
