Suggest Treatment For Itchy Pus Filled Bumps On The Knee

I have a cluster of pus-filled bumps right below my knee that hurt and are swollen with redness around them. Some have a black dot in the middle of them. They were very itchy at first but now just hurt. There are about 20 of them all in the the same area.

Hi

You seem to have developed Folliculitis which is an infection is the root of hair follicles .
Keep the affected areas clean and dry.
Wash it with lukewarm water twice a day.
Apply a topical antibiotic cream over it twice daily .
Avoid application of any other cream or oil over it.
You might need oral antibiotics if it tends to persist.
