Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rash In The Perineum Area

Hi Dr.PVS, am 24 yrs old.I have a itchy rash for nearly a week between my thigh skin fold and perineum.Desquamation of skin occurs when I scratch..the affected area is smooth compared to other normal areas.. I feel I developed some fungal infection.please kindly provide me the necessary treatment.
