Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello, shingles doesnot present as itchy rash..The most likely diagnosis going by your history appears urticaia. When the lesions appear, there may be a sense of discomfort in the form of breathlessness and chest tightness.
I would adv you to take tab Levocetrizine 5 mg daily at bedtime for 15 days and apply dermocalm lotion on the lesions twice daily.
Visit a dermatologist if lesions don't respond or any other symptoms develop.
Thanks
Take care
