Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rash On Upper Back

I had an itchy rash appear on my upper back. the onset was sudden and without any obvious cause. My doctor prescribed an emmoliant and calomine for the rash. it is now 5 days since it started. Today the skin has become very wrinkled and hurts when i move,

Hi,

I could not be able to come to a final diagnosis as the description of rash was not sufficient. But, as it is of sudden onset, it could be an insect bite hypersensitivity. For the wrinkled skin, you can apply the emollient as prescribed by your doctor.
