Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rash

Hello yesterday i felt my skin itching and when I looked i had an allergy rash, I recognized it becaude I have had it before. i am traveling and i bought in a drug store clarityn 10 mlgms. Took it at 10 pm. This mornig took an other at 10 am but anf fellt better. Know i feel itch again. What els could I buy over the counter

Hello there,
You can also have a cetrizine- one tablet when you feel the onset of itching . Also if the rashes are not open wounds then calamine lotion can be applied to relieve the itching.
