Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rashes Across Body

I have a pin prick rash that itches like crazy! The rash started on my foot,the back of knees and spread to stomach, bra line, breasts and armpits and arms. Looks like little pin pricks, some are raised, extremely itchy, especially when warm. Please help!

this is due to sweating and fungal infection. can clean it and apply candid powder. take tab levocetrizine 5 mg twice daily. can apply caladryllotion. maintain hygiene and cleanliness. keep under garment clean
