Welcome to HCM I have read and understood your concern Did you stay at hospital during treatment of the dengue? Is it more at night? If yes then most probably you have got a scabies from there take a loratidine once at night which is anti allergic for the itching and it will surely decrease the itch. Also use permethrin cream, apply it all over body at night, and take bath in morning.get all of ur family members living with you to use it once. if it persists meet a dermatologist.he would prescribe you ivermectin i hope this will help Stay Healthy Regards Dr Faeza
