Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rashes Along With Dry And Scaly Skin

Hae..I started developing a kind of rashes that were too itchy.ie white round patches and after a blood test iwas found to have no problem with my blood.then afterwards my skin started getting dry and scaly.too uncomfortable.ive been taking smokelless tobacco by the name thaba.could it be the cause of my skin behaviour.
