Hello and welcome to HCM, Itching and rash on external genitalia is suggestive of fungal infection. Fungal infection is known to cause a rash and intense itching on external genitalia. However, clinical assessment is a must before any treatment can be started. The blister could be some infection like boil, furunculosis, etc. In case the rash turns out to be fungal in origin and blister turns out to be bacterial infection, appropriate treatment in the form of anti-fungals and antibiotic will be required. Consult your primary healthcare provider at the earliest.
