Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rashes On Arms And Stomach

I have a rash on both of my arms and it s spreading to my stomach. it s very itchy and dry and it also has a fluid leaking out and seems to be making it get worse. My left arm is swollen. I tried a medicine that is from Mexico called Quadriderm NF 40 g. Although it did help the rash temporary. my concern is that the medicine is from Mexico and I would prefer to take a medicine from the US. Can you tell me what medication is equivalent to Quadriderm in the USA?

Hello,

As an alternative you can use Betnovate C cream along with Gentamicin cream. The two should work equally effective. You can also take a course of antihistamines or anti-fungals (fluconazole) for relief orally. If sexually active, avoid sex for a couple of days. Get STD tests done to stay on the safer side to rule out any STI.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
