Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rashes On Hands With Pain In Fingers

Last year and this year I have developed red patches on my hands that tend to itch or feel like a burn. It then moves to the other side of my hand which causes pain when I bend my fingers. At times it tends to itch. It seems to happen when it gets colder outside.

I really appreciate your concern, this could be due to some hypersensitive reaction some time it could be due to some emotional stress in my opinion it can be well managed with "Tab Loratadine" three times in day hope this information helps. (Psoriasis needs to be ruled out )
