Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rashes On The Arms , Stomach And Thighs

I have had this rash for going on eight years, its on my arms, stomach, and thighs, I have had blood test that show nothing, My doctor told me to give up gluten, and sugar. Did, still have rash. Now she s telling me it s our town s water system, What can I do for this itchy rash. Please help.

Hello, itchy rash in the areas mentioned can be due to a range of causes..please mention ur age , and post pics of the lesions next time if possible
For the time being, you switch over to a bland soap like pears for bathing.
Apply venusia lotion post bathing
Take an antihistamine like tab cetrizine 10 mg at bedtime
Review after 10 days
