General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Itchy rashes on the fingers are commonly due to contact dermatitis, scabies, skin eczema, allergy, etc.

Take non-sedating antihistamines, apply a cold compress. You can apply hydrocortisone/corticosteroid ointment locally for relieve.

You are suggested to visit a dermatologist so that you can be physically examined. Your treatment will depend upon the diagnosis made.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
