With that limited data I will recommend you to start Permethrine as you have visited a physicain and after examination he has prescribed that. Have you started permethrine? If however it doesn t help apply Clotrimazole/Betamethsone combination Cream (hydrozole). It may need prescription. If you cant arrange a prescription go for Over the counter Lotrimin cream.
