Suggest Treatment For Itchy, Red And Swollen White Spot On Vagina

I have discovered a white spot on the outer crease line of my vagina. It is itchy and there is also a red swollen spot like lump on the outer side of my labia, there is liquid comin out of it when I touch it but it is sore and uncomfortable to touch. Also large blood filled spots on my bum crease and outta edges which are pinfull and sometimes cause pain while sitting or walking. every now and then i get a needles stabbing pain in them to and they also burst (blood)
