Suggest Treatment For Itchy Red Clitoris In A Child

My daughter is 6 years old & her clitoris area is red, itchy, and swollen. She had been on antibiotics in December and January for strep throat. This has been going on for a while, but she didn t tell me because she thought it would go away. Does she have a yeast infection? Is there anything I can do at home or should I bring her in to the dr?
