Suggest Treatment For Itchy Red Patches On The Labia Majora

I have a slightly red (not itchy) patch on my mon pubis. It doesn t itch it stings. I m usually always irritated if I don t shave but I shaved a day ago and it still bothers me. I have a yeast infection and the openin of my vagina feels irritated like that too. Is it just the yeast infection? Or something else. When I dont shave it always gets irritated but usually goes away after I shave. I m used to yeast infections but they don t normally irritate me this much. I do have a few warts could it just be irritation from new ones forming before more treatment? I m a mess :/
