Suggest Treatment For Itchy Red Rashes On The Legs And Buttocks

26 yo female. Rash legs and buttocks. Bright red. Says it itches and stings. One knee is a little swollen and sore.....probably not related. She s very active. No fever......slight headache yesterday. Sort of looks scalloped in a few places on legs. More bumpy on buttocks.

Hello, going by the history the differentials will be acute urticaria and papular urticaria.
For any of these conditions, i would adv you to apply dermocalm lotion on the lesions twice daily and take tab Cetrizine 10 mg at bedtime.
Review after 7 days.
The lesions should resolve with this by then
