Hi. About 5 days ago a itchy red spot came up on my testicle.started off with 1 or 2 and now is around 8.they itch likemad at times.i have not had sex In over 3 months and I mworried what it can be. I also have 1 or 2 on inner thigh and bum cheek. I have researched and could be a number or things. A little embarised to show anyone

Most likely its a fungal one, however, proper diagnosis can be given only by proper examination. You can try over the counter anti-fungal creams if they help you.
