General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Let me tell you that rings on the thigh and rashes on scrotum are fungal skin infection. As this area is usually moist so more prone to fungal or occasionally bacterial infection. Apart from the local application of quadriderm ointment you should also take an anti fungal tablet such as fluconazole 150 mg once daily for 10 days. You are also advised to keep the area clean and dry.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prabhash Verma, General & Family Physician
