Suggest Treatment For Itchy Scabies Bumps

Do the scabies bumps come and go throughout the day, or do they come up and stay localized* I have itchy bumps that are not red...just a few tiny bumps that appear and itch and then disappear and return somewhere else on my body the next day. I do not know what it is. help

Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of itchy scabies bumps which is highly contagious.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply benzyl benzoate lotion in 25% quantity and apply cold compresses to body. Avoid hot water bath and you should decontaminate your clothing, and towels by boiling in hot water. Visit dermatologist once and get complete examination done and take proper course of antibiotics. Avoid repeated touching or pricking .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
