Suggest Treatment For Itchy Scabs That Spread

I have raised dried itchy scabs that started uder my left breast, but now on both. These scabs are in my scape, pubic hair, lower leg and abdomen. The are reoccurring and sometimes fall off on their own. They leave dark spots and are itchy. This has been going on for two months. No drainage or bleeding. But the are spreading and even old ones come back. What could this be. I take medication for hypotention and vitimin supplements borage oil, omega fish oil, and calcium. I am 5 3 @ 145#, age 54 and relatively healthy.
