Suggest Treatment For Itchy Scalp And Back Ache

hi since a teenager i have itching scalp and back ache.i get white flakes and sometimes a pimple form on my back and butt area like a hard small seed i dig them out causes marks on my mid back area . i tried sulfur soap, triatop shampoo, head and shoulders, neutrogena shampoo and back and body scrub, clindoxiyl on the acne.tea tree shampoo, pills, natrol shampoo for aging hair. my hair is also thinning falling alot when i shower and brush my hair.

Itching over the scalp is a feature of Seborrheic dermatitis and can also seen in trichodynia. other important causes of itching over the scalp is Tinea capitis and pediculosis capitis. physical examination is needed to differentiate between these conditions. regarding acne like bumps you can use benzoyl peroxide 2.5 % cream twice daily
