Hi

You may have allergy with content or its mere sweat allergy which increases at night

Keep the area dry, apply Betnovate N cream, and use Tab Levocet 5mg HS x 3 days

Also avoid scratching the area, if it doesnt resolve you will need a skin scrap analysis from a pathologist and then targetted medicine against the causative agent

Let us know if you need further consult

Thanks
