Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello, it appears that you may be suffering from what is known as Vulvovaginal candidiasis..You need to visit a dermatologist for the evaluation, and investigations like KOH smear, gram stain etc. before a definitive treatment.
Till then, apply clotrimazole 1% powder externally and take an antihistamine like tab Cetrizine 10 mg at bedtime
Get well soon.
Take care
