Suggest Treatment For Itchy Skin

hi doctor, I have itchy skin since I gave birth to my second child, 9 years ago. every time I scratch there pimples and marks that form. they then disappear after a few hours, and it can start over anytime. I wanted to know what I can take to cure it.

I will keep a possibility of Dermographism Or Physical Urticaria. It is characterized by pale or red, swollen, linear welts that develop on stroking the skin Or along scratch lines.
It is idiopathic and chronic and is common in those who have a personal or family history of atopy.
Treatment is symptomatic with single oral dose of an oral antihistamine e.g fexofenadine, loratadine, olopatadine. These are prescription antihistamines.
An OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine may also be used for the same purpose.
A topical soothing lotion e.g calamine may be used to calm down the rashes as they arise.
