Suggest Treatment For Itchy Sores On The Arms

I have sores on my arms that fester up and sometimes I can squeeze what looks like a little creature out of them, they itch and it feels like something crawling under my skin also itches severe. I also can feel lumps the size of $.25 pieces moving under my skin one on my arm and several in my bellybutton area down to my crotch as well as my back and shoulders. I pissed in a clean water bottle and looked at my wiz with a bright light and saw what appears to be worm skins like that of a snake shed , the largest one maybe two inches. Doctors and friends think I m crazy and or on drugs. This is very lame. WTF?????
