Suggest Treatment For Itchy Spot On Arms

Hi, Yesterday I had a spot on my arm that wouldn't stop itching. When I looked at my arm I saw a large red raised circle on my arm. I took Benadryl to see if that would help. This morning it was still there but not raised as much. Tonight I got another one on my other arm. Both are still itchy even though I've been taking benadryl & using an itch cream. What should I do

I really appreciate your concern, this could be hypersensitivity, and this can be well managed with long acting antihistamine and the best drug would be "Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day, just wait for some time every thing would be fine soon, take care have a nice day.
