Suggest Treatment For Itchy Spot On Leg

I have a three inch spot on leg. It itches some times then ozzes clear droplets of what looks loke to be thick water droplets. It has grown over a years time. Went to doc. Switched toKetoconazole 2%. What might it be. Doc doesn t know. And what might be tye next step? Never mind . Dont haveb4he funds you need.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having eczema on leg.
It is a chronic eczema which has episodes of acute exacerbation leading to oozing.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't itch it. It will only worsen the condition.
2. Apply a antibiotic plus steroid cream like fucidin-B cream twice daily.
3. Oral antihistamine like levocetrizine can be taken for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroids taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
