Suggest Treatment For Itchy Vagina And Painful Clitoris

Hi, just two days ago my vagina has been itchy, I ve been getting brown discharge, and my clitoris experiences severe pain when I pee. When I m going about my day, clitoral pain comes and goes. Any idea what s going on? And going to the doctor isn t really an option, so can I fix it at home with pills I can just buy?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to Bacterial Vaginosis and associated yeast infection. A swab test will be helpful to rule out the condition. In such case If you were my patient then I would recommend combination of Clindamycin or Metronidazole with Clotrimazole as vaginal suppository or as oral tablets. Using intimate wash daily is also good to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH.
