Suggest Treatment For Itchy Vagina With Smelly Discharge
I have been having an itchy vagina for a number of days followed by a smelly discharge. Then I have been spotting for 2 days now with a little foul odour now today I m spotting again and when I wee and wipe I have bright red blood coming from my vagina but it s not much and it has a smell as well. I have also been having cramps . I had my last period on the 21st October and have been having unprotected sex. Can you please help me

Itching and foul discharge per vagina is vaginitis may be transmitted sexually.it may be candida fungal infection ...treated by tab fluconazole150 mg stat...tab clotrimazole 1HSvaginally for 3 days...another STD trichmonas may also cause the same symptoms... For that tab metron 400 tds 5 days to both partner... Tab doxycycline 100 bd for 14 days for t/t of chlamydia
