Suggest Treatment For Itchy Whelps All Over My Back Arms And Legs

I m 23/f amd every night for the past few months I get itchy whelps all over my back arms and legs. They are long streak marks and then some are just groups of bumps. They itch horribly and no cream or allergy mess help it. They are gone by the morning.

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is physical urticaria or dermographism.You might need to take oral antihistamines like fexofenadine after consulting your dermatologist. Also topical soothing lotions like calamine lotion can be used. Regards
