Suggest Treatment For Jaw Pain

i have been having little jaw pain on the lower right side and sometimes my jaw cracks on the upper left side when i open it all the way i got hit in the ear about 6 months ago and when i put my fingers on each side the jaw joints dont feel the same im only 19 years old and im worried about what is going on should i be worried
