Suggest Treatment For Joint Effusions In Leg

good morning doc,it started a littlle stiffness with pain in my right leg,i went for an MRI it shown MILD JOINT EFFUSION IN RIGHT HIP JOINT.
I took lots of medicines but did not work n noe=w its being 2 years it kept on increasing..i m so tired what should i do now..
