Suggest Treatment For Joint Pain And Back Ache

i am 36 approx 6 feet tall and weight approx 16 and half stone. I work nights and find it difficult to sleep during the day. at night i can only sleep for around 4 hours before I'm awake again. i am on medication for back problems and my temp at the mo is 35.1. My joints ache andI have been told i suffer with cluster headaches. Do you have any advice?
